Thanks to Insanity ASYLUM workout, I lost weight in just three weeks. I got this as a bonus to my abs trainer and its funny because I only used the said trainer once since I bought it. I got addicted to this workout by Shaun T.

This is just a great fitness DVD. It has a very effective cardio that allows me to go on and on before I leave for work. This is really doubly insane than Insanity and is something that gave me the most awesome results since I started working out. I posted pictures on my blog and my followers cannot believe it. This is really amazing. It’s reasonably priced, it’s from Shaun T, and it yields results. I lost more than 19 pounds and I am all muscle. With Asylum, I no longer need to go to the gym. I am really enjoying my workouts. Thank you!
